Return of goods
We will take back standard items from the currently valid price list that do not fit or were ordered in error within 10 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
– Goods with intact packaging and labels: credit for the full retail price.
– Used or damaged instruments (§ 9 applies to rental instruments) will be returned to the customer without credit.
– Custom-made products will not be taken back under any circumstances.
In any case, if the item is used or damaged, you must first fill out the “complaint” form and return it to Innomed-Europe.
Before returning a product, a return goods authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Innomed-Europe customer service. Products received by Innomed-Europe without an RMA number will not be processed.

We will work closely with you to develop a new instrument for Class 1/1r that is tailored precisely to the needs of the user and provider. We will work with you to develop a project with all the associated steps. Following our certified development process, we produce a prototype, from testing to release. We create the necessary documents and drawings and take care of the conformity assessment, which leads to CE certification. In the end, the aim was to create a product that was ready for series production and established itself on the market.

After receiving the delivery, the buyer is obliged to immediately check it for any visible defects. For hidden defects, the guarantee period is 12 months from the delivery date. Complaints must be reported to us in writing immediately after the defects are discovered. Claiming defects does not entitle the buyer to refuse to make payments due. Excluded from the guarantee are damages resulting from improper use, careless and improper handling, disregard of the recommendations for use, natural wear and aging of the material, excessive use, improper use of aids and other damages caused by INNOMED-Europe LLC, Cham representative reasons.
Our products are designed and manufactured according to the proven state of science and technology at the time of manufacture. Any further liability, in particular for consequential damage caused by defects (e.g. for costs of additional medical treatment, further operations, loss of wages, claims for compensation, etc.), is expressly not accepted.
